Overview

Eredaia is a Nairobi-based beauty house offering lip, face, eye, and skin-prep essentials. These terms apply to your use of our website and any order you place with us.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it and your payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment already made.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We accept M-Pesa and card payments through Pesapal, as well as WhatsApp orders. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.

Product information

We photograph our products honestly and show shades as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour can occur due to screens, lighting, and individual skin tones.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eredaia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Always review product details and ingredients, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
